Kimaya Real Estate, the commercial division of Park Square Homes, plans to bring its Arya-branded senior living concept to Oviedo.
Kimaya submitted plans to the City of Oviedo for 175 age-restricted, active-adult apartments and 6,157 square feet of commercial space. The project, called Arya at Oviedo, is planned for 9.6 acres at the northeast corner of County Road 419 and Lockwood Boulevard.
