A developer is pivoting its plans for two phases of a project in Kissimmee, and the end result may be an influx of an additional 322 apartments into the market.

Park Square Homes has filed a request for an amendment to its zoning within the existing Tapestry Parcel 2 planned unit development with the city of Kissimmee. The land is west of Carroll Street, near its intersection with West Donegan Avenue, in the city’s northwest region.
