A home developer is targeting the construction of a new age-restricted community in Seminole County.

Orlando-based Park Square Homes plans to build 37 homes comprised of 11 single-family homes and 26 duplexes, all of which will be 1,721 square feet in size, at 1910 Center Drive in Casselberry. The homes, which are not designated as affordable, will be sold to people age 55 and up, with priority first to members of the property owner, the Hindu Society of Central Florida.
